Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Fairtex Global account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the gear in its original box with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent to our quality control center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the equipment is in new condition, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
